CCI-G is Africa’s exclusive provider of the TRACC Continuous Improvement Management System which was first developed in 1983, and is owned by CCI.
TRACC combines thought leadership and technology into an integrated solution that embeds manufacturing best practices. It underpins sustainable performance improvement by developing people’s capabilities to continuously improve manufacturing processes. It creates a culture of excellence and entrenches WCM as a way of life. CCI-G has been collaborating with the TRACC Product Development Team since 2005 and own a percentage of TRACC’s intellectual property, particularly relating to the areas of Lean, Six Sigma techniques and Asset Care.
